Project Description: Sliced, chopped, and rearranged samples take on a new kind of groove – ASTRAL FLUTTER delivers experimental hip hop from a new realm of consciousness. ASTRAL FLUTTER is powered by hip hop styles that take their cues from up-to-the-minute electronica.
